overall the buildings are in "fair" condition, these buildings are concrete block and steel so made to last but have not been used since the gov't left the facility and need updating/renovation for uses other than storage, contractor or industrial use, etc. the roofs are overall in good condition with no major leaks or problems except in the 3k maintenance building there is some water damage in the repair bays. the plumbing and electrical systems are all intact and left as they were when being stripping or vandalism has occurred. the hvac systems of all the buildings are also in overall good condition, overall complete and have no major issues except that they have not been used in over a few years and will require maintenance, inspection, minor repair to get running again. i have a local former contractor from the base as my agent there and he will be happy to show you the property, explain all the details and if necessary help you with re development/renovation of the property if desired.

there is no major environmental problems or ground contamination at the site...i have the original IFB from the federal government when the property was sold at public auction and lists all the info on the property and am happy to email a copy to anyone who is interested in seeing it. there is minor contamination of lead based paint on the original metal surfaces and asbestos in original floor tile and insulation (as with most older buildings) but if not removed improperly or just left covered up as it has been done in the past then there should be no problems with its usage.
