It depends on many factors including body weight, metabolism, the individual's body chemistry, and the form of CBD you're ingesting. It also may depend on why you are taking it. We suggest starting with half a dropper every 4-6 hours, and we suggest no more than 2 full droppers every 5 hours due to the high terpene concentration.

Dabs- Place them onto your water pipe and inhale deeply and to heat it to glowing red hot. You then let it cool for 10-20 seconds, and then place your CBD dab on top. It is then instantly vaporized and cooled by the water within the pipe.
Isolate Slabs- Whether you have a water pipe or a vaporizer pen, you should be able to break a piece of the slab off and inhale the vapors.
Isolate Powder- Place it Directly Under Your Tongue. Hold the powder there for about 60 seconds. The CBD will then be delivered to the bloodstream and provide desired relief. You can also bake with this product, add it to your coffee or tea, or put it into a vaporizer.
